All floral and wine items are shipped in cardboard or wood box packaging. Other items may be shipped in a foam protective packaging. This is determined by the items being shipped and the weight of the items. All shipping fees will be calculated at the end of check out. They are calculated according to weight and the shipping destination. At this time will not ship Internationally. Only to the United States and Canada. All deliveries will require a signature. If items are not received by the 3rrd attempt. You will incur fees for items being returned and to be re-shipped to you. If the items have not been claimed and received by the ordering party within 30 days of the return you will forfeit the rights to the items. We do not deliver to Post Office Boxes (no exceptions). Standard shipping time can be from 4-9 days. Express shipping may be available depending on the items.


We do not accept returns. Our orders are customized for each client. The items are packaged in a secure casing. This packaging can withstand any outside forces and we will ensure that the items are delivered safely and intact. Because of these reasons we do not offer any refunds or exchanges. Order changes are allowed within 2 days of receiving confirmation or invoice. Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of receiving confirmation or invoice.
